Madre Teresa College's representatives
During this weekend there was the selection of the College's representatives.Eloisa Sandoval a 6th year primary school student won her category while Rosy Portillo won the secondary school category. These activities were held as part of the College's 8th year anniversary festivities.

Easter's Vigil
The rite of the blessing of the fire and water took place as we celebrated Easter's vigil. There was a procession from the Parish Centre to the Church . The mass started with the Biblical readings about the story of the Salvation. Many people attended for this Easter's Vigil mass.

Easter's Tridium and processions
The three days before Easter are full of several traditional religious activities. In Chaparron these include the processions of the Via Crucix and that of the Santo Entierro. Many people visit the church during this time to venerate the image of teh crucified Christ.
